Domestic Electrical Services in Gravesend & North Kent

I'm Tristan, a NICEIC-approved electrician based in Northfleet, and domestic work across Gravesend and North Kent is what I do day in, day out. Landlords & letting agents
If you're a landlord or letting agent, every rented property legally needs an EICR every five years. I carry those out, sort any remedial work that comes up, and get you the certificate and paperwork for your records. Same goes for homeowners who are buying, selling, or who just haven't had the wiring looked at in years — a clean bill of health, or a clear list of what needs attention.
It's all done to BS 7671, certified and notified to Building Control where it's needed — not just a verbal all-clear. I'm NICEIC approved and qualified through City & Guilds, EAL, ECS and BPEC, with £5m public liability and notifiable work backed by the 6-year NICEIC Platinum Promise.
