EICRs & compliance
If you run or manage a commercial property you need a valid EICR to stay compliant and keep your insurance straight. I carry out the inspection, give you a clear report on anything that needs putting right, sort the remedial work, and hand over the certificate and paperwork for your records.
Consumer unit upgrades
Older distribution boards in shops and offices often aren't up to current standards. I'll upgrade you to a modern board with RCBO protection and surge protection, so a single fault doesn't take down the whole unit and leave you shut.
Installations & additions
Fitting out a new unit, adding circuits, putting in extra sockets, lighting or power for new equipment — I take on installation and addition work for small commercial sites, done to BS 7671 and certified properly.
I'll be straight with you about timings. As a one-man band I keep commercial work to small premises, and I'll always tell you up front what I can do and when — including out of hours where it keeps disruption to your trade down. What I won't do is overpromise a slot I can't hit.
